Jagerbombs

Last night, the official "My New Haircut" party took place in Residence at U of S. With 5-6 Hours of prepping, 2 rooms, strobe lights, blacklights, globo's, speakers and subs, and 2 seperate but impressive dj set-ups, security guards, and ample students ready to jagerbomb their way to another level of partying, the stage was set for one epic night. Albert Jame the Fraternity DJ, and Myself (Mal-One)spun old school, funk, and House music until it was time to end the festivities (Unnecessarily early). A big thanks! to Albert for coming and repping the old school Resident ways. Check out Albert's DJ Blog HERE. Everything wen't down without a hitch, all people involved definantly showed lots of love and appreciation for everyone else. Thank you to all who came and had an Uber-great time. At the end of the night the crowd was definantly hyped and ready for more. Which is what they will get... next time.

Funky Dirty and Progressive

Hey,
So I was lucky enough to get a spot opening for a local dj last wednesday at a bar called lydias, Thanks to everyone who came out to support!! I played funky electro, then progressive. Several people mentioned their favorite track was "Jason rivas, creeperfunk - 4 Da Ladies in Da House.

Just as I was finishing, the house speakers went DEAD. We spent about 20 minutes trying to figure out what happened. Eventually things got sorted out, Labrynth dropped some sick beats to which the dancefloor quickly responded in kind. Clyde Capped off the night. My favorite track of the night was definantly when Clyde dropped the Tim le El remix of Peter Gelderbloms "Waiting 4".

The pic on the right is of me, and the vid is of Clyde later in the night.

More mixes will be posted very shortly. Ive been busy getting a great selection of new tracks. Check back soon!
